Food

Sale and pepe’s pizzas has char quotient  thanks to the wood fire oven. They aren’t the best in the town but good enough. Stuffed pasta (ravioli & gnocchi) as they call it, are delectable. To finish up the meal Tiramisu was good and so was Blueberry cheesecake.

Must Try at Sale & Pepe

If you have taste bud for Neapolitan styled pizza go for Diavola Pizza or Cottage Cheese Pizza. If you aren’t allergic to mushroom try Ravioli stuffed with mushrooms and miso. Finish up your meal with Blueberry Cheesecake.

Review & Rating

Food
3.5/5

Pizzas are offered only in 12 inch. This makes it very difficult for small group or a couple to order food (varieties). Same goes for pasta dishes as well. Raviolis are good. Soups are give and take. Panna cotta are average (failed the wobble test).

Ambiance
3/5

Seats are comfortable, lights aren’t flashy, though the music can get loud at times. Open pizza kitchen does add a freshness.

Service
2.5/5

This is where the restaurant lags. Pizza can be understood, wood fire takes time, but its same for pasta as well.

With on going work of Metro train, reaching the restaurant can be pain, specially if you are coming from SG highway. Better option is to use SP Ring road.
